Sogop Nori

Sogop Nori is a gopchang restaurant in Hongdae that grills hanwoo gopchang, daechang, and makchang at the table. The gopchang, daechang, and makchang combo comes with bokkeumbap, and staff pre-grill and cut the meat. On a Saturday evening at seven, the wait was about thirty minutes, and writing your name and phone number on the in-store waiting list gets you a call. The space is small and gets loud when there are many drinking groups.
