Seogyo Nanmyeonbang

Seogyo Nanmyeonbang is a noodle shop in a back alley of Seogyo-dong between Hapjeong Station and Mangwon Station, serving nanmyeon and fried eggplant. Seogyo nanmyeon uses a clear, deep broth made by mixing chicken and beef stock, and deulgireum nanmyeon is eaten with an egg yolk and mortadella ham. The shop kneads and makes its noodles by hand every day, with a clean noodle-making room at the entrance, and a self-service bar where you can take rice and squid jeotgal. At weekday lunch peak, a wait can form.
