Semo Sikdang

Semosedang is near Sangsu Station in Seoul and serves spicy Japanese ramen with a beef base alongside beef dishes. The ramen is spicy and sharp like Shin Ramyun, and there is also a sweet bulgogi ramen, with beef suyuk jeongol and yukhoe served as well. After finishing the thick noodles, you mix the separately served rice and flame-charred meat into the broth. The broth is not harsh, but its deep flavor is on the mild side.
