Sangsu-dong Gyojasang

Sangsudong Gyojasang is a meat restaurant in the Sangsudong and Hongdae area of Seoul that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, and galmaegisal. It offers fresh samgyeopsal, pork kimchi stew, and beef belly doenjang stew, and you can grill meat at outdoor tables as well. Lunch sets come with kimchi stew or doenjang stew, and the kimchi stew is made by simmering whole cabbage kimchi and pork together so you can mix it with rice. Staff can be brusque and sometimes forget orders.
