Loro 11 is a small Italian restaurant in Seogyo-dong, Seoul, serving pasta, gnocchi, and pizza. The aglio e olio and gambari oil pasta absorb flavor through the noodles even with few ingredients, and the carbonara is defined by its egg-yolk coating and coarse black pepper. It is a one-person operation, so orders wait behind earlier ones and a line forms even on Friday nights. The space is small, and about four groups fill the seats.
