Ramen Banrai

Ramen Banrai is a restaurant in Sangsu-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, near Sangsu Station, that serves Japanese ramen. It offers tonkotsu, shio, and shoyu ramen, along with tsukemen and aburasoba, and the tsukemen comes with a thick tsukejiru dipping broth and thick, springy noodles. Arriving late often means items are sold out, and the kitchen closes earlier than at other restaurants. With few kitchen staff, food takes a while to arrive after you are seated.
