Sujeong Oksdol Saengsogeum Gui is a samgyeopsal restaurant that moved from Hongdae in Seoul to a new location. It grills meat on okdol, or jade stone, and serves samgyeopsal and galbi marinated in sauce, with doenjang jjigae on the side. Staff grill the meat for customers, and the newly opened space is clean. The jade-stone grilling method is the feature of this place.
