Papa Chobap

Papa Chobap is a small sushi restaurant in Hongdae that serves salmon sushi, mixed sushi, and soy-marinated shrimp rice. The hoe is thick, the salmon is good, and sets come with udon, maki, and fried items. It sits at the end of a narrow alley, so it is hard to find and parking is not easy. Sitting at the counter lets you pick and order the sushi you want, and the tables are sticky.
