Oseong Guksu

Oseong Guksu is a small noodle shop in Hapjeong, Seoul, serving house-made noodles and gimbap. The thick, chewy noodles come in a rich meat broth, and the shop also sells gimbap with seasoned seaweed and jinmichae. Seating suited to eating alone and a large dining area are available. The noodles are thicker than somyeon, which can divide preferences.
