Oneul-eun Naega Sson-da

Today I Pay is a hoe restaurant near Hapjeong Station in Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, serving wild-caught raw fish and seasonal seafood. Its hoe menu includes cuttlefish hoe, squid hoe, and raw shrimp hoe, and the skidashi spread brings out dishes such as hoe muchim, braised sardines, fried fish, silkworm pupae, seaweed stem, corn salad, and shrimp crackers. The hall is laid out with wide tables divided into separate spaces. Cuttlefish is handled here for a long stretch of the year and can be eaten through June.
