Oksoban Hapjeong Branch

Oksoban Hapjeongjeom is a sukiyaki and shabu-shabu restaurant a five-minute walk from Hapjeong Station in Seoul. It serves prime sirloin sukiyaki and Hanwoo seoldo simmered in a house soy sauce and eaten dipped in raw egg, with vegetables provided as unlimited refills. Staff demonstrate how to cook the first batch, and orders placed on a tablet at the table are brought out along with fried rice or fried udon. The lunch course offers fewer vegetable varieties and a simpler refill selection.
