Obiya

Obiya is a Japanese restaurant in a Hongdae alley serving memil soba, memil gimbap, and tendon. It also offers tomato soba, duck soba, and a shrimp memil set, and the memil noodles are made in-house. The noodles are kneaded and extruded in a small noodle-making space next to the kitchen. Food takes 15 to 30 minutes to arrive.
