NGO 84 is a Vietnamese restaurant on the second floor of a building in the Hongdae area of Seoul, where the owner cooks the food. Pho is served with lemon and cilantro on the side, and bun dau mam is brought out warmed. The small space holds about nine tables, and bun bo hue and egg rolls are also available. The dining area is cramped, and a table for four feels like a table for two once the food is set down.
