Mulgogi Chobap

Mulgoqi Chobap is a casual sushi restaurant near Hapjeong Station in Seoul that serves pan-sushi topped with thick, large cuts of hoe. The sushi is soft and flavorful, and the udon served alongside comes in a generous portion. The shop is crowded enough that even at 6:30 on a weekday evening, seats are hard to find. The limited number of tables means waits can form.
