Molto Bene

Moltobene is an Italian home-style restaurant in Seoul that serves pizza, pasta, and risotto next to Dangin-ri Power Plant. Its Polpo pizza is topped with octopus and mashed potato, and the dough is baked first before the toppings are added. On weekends it mainly takes reservations, and when ordering, the staff explain the menu combinations and salt levels. The pizza and pasta are on the salty side even when you ask for them lightly seasoned.
