Menta Kamusho

Mentakamusyo in Seoul is a Japanese ramen restaurant that serves only tsukemen. The owner trained in tsukemen at Menya Musashi in Tokyo and serves rich tsukemen and tsukemen with noodles and sauce on separate plates. Food takes time to arrive after ordering, and with few seats there is no separate waiting list, so customers wait on site. The sauce is strongly salty, so dipping too much makes it watery.
