Matjjang Sushi

Matjjang Chobap is a small sushi restaurant in Seoul that serves hoe, sushi, and rice bowls. It sits in an alley in Mapo-gu that runs from Sangsu Station toward a residential area. The representative menu items are jirashi sushi and hoedeopbap, and orders of sushi come with a spicy mini udon topped with scorched rice. Salmon and tuna jorim are served as basic side dishes, and maeuntang is provided as a service.
