Masan Jokbal

Masan Jokbal is an old restaurant in Seogyo-dong in the Hongdae area of Seoul that has served jokbal for over 30 years. The jokbal is made from domestic front trotters in an old-style preparation with mild seasoning, and is served with buchujeon, separate rice soup, and muche. It is open from 12:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. with no break time and is closed on Sundays. The jokbal runs out if you arrive late.
