Marukame Seimen

Hongdae Jemyeonso is an udon shop near Hongdae Station that serves nikutama bukkake and zaru udon. The nikutama bukkake comes with sweet bulgogi-flavored beef on top, and the zaru udon is eaten by dipping the noodles into sauce. At the entrance you choose your udon, then push a tray along to pick up tempura and pay, which takes two to three minutes before you receive your order. The udon broth is on the sweet side.
