Maru Donkatsu

Marudonkaseu is an old Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves handmade donkatsu. Its menu includes maru donkatsu, anshim donkatsu, and cheese donkatsu, with cheongyang chili pepper served alongside to cut the richness. The donkatsu sauce is eaten by crushing sesame seeds in a mini mortar and mixing them in. A line forms at lunch, so after 1 p.m. is easier, and the portions are on the small side.
