Kandasoba Hongdae

Kanda Soba Hongdae serves Japanese-style ramen near Hongdae Station, including maze soba, abura soba, and iekei ramen. Maze soba is eaten by mixing the egg yolk, sauce, vegetables, and seaweed into the chewy noodles, and rice and vinegar can be added to the remaining sauce. Orders are placed by taking a meal ticket from the machine at the entrance and submitting the order slip, and mobile payments are not accepted, so cash or a physical card is required. The seasoning is on the salty side.
