Jeongdon Hongdae serves tonkatsu in the Hongdae area of Seoul, with both hire katsu and rosu katsu on the menu. The hire katsu has a thick cut of meat, a crisp breading and a tender interior, and comes with yuja salt, mustard and sauce. Curry is available alongside, though the spicy version is quite hot. Prices run on the high side.
