Ichiryu

Ichiryu Hongdae Main Branch serves Sapporo-style lamb grilled in Hongdae. Staff grill cuts including sirloin, loin, lamb ribs, and brent rack, and the meal also includes lamb yukhoe muchim and cold noodles with yuzu kosho. Onions and scallions are grilled with the meat, and the meal finishes with ochazuke or Japanese-style naengmyeon. Even on weekdays a wait forms and can run about an hour.
