Hyun Udon Hongdae

Hyeonudong Hongdae is a Japanese udon restaurant near Hongdae that serves cold and hot udon. The noodles have a distinctly chewy texture, and the tempura bukkake cold udon comes topped with fried mushroom, kabocha, shrimp, eggplant, and kkwarigochu. It is a small shop with an open kitchen, and meals can be eaten quietly even late in the evening. The broth does not leave as strong an impression as the noodles.
