Hurato

Hurato Shikdang Sangsu Jikyeongjeom is a Japanese home-style restaurant in Seoul that serves gyukatsu, steak teishoku, and soft-set omurice. The gyukatsu and steak arrive rare, and diners grill them at the table on a small solid-fuel brazier, dipping the meat in wasabi or salt. Reservations can be made through Naver, and those who book are seated immediately. The omurice is served with chiffon-like eggs, and the brazier plate is replaced on request.
