Hongdaepo

Hongdaepo is a jeon restaurant in Hongdae, Seoul, serving modum jeon, dak bokkeum tang, and gamjatang. Diners pair modum jeon and pajeon with makgeolli, and order rice with the dak bokkeum tang. Ramyeon sari is added to the dak bokkeum tang, and rice can be stir-fried in the pot after eating gamjatang. The jeon is soggy and has a strong oily smell.
