Hongdae Restaurant Salt Noodle Lab

Sogeum Jemyeonso is a ramen shop in Hongdae, a seven-minute walk from Exit 1 of Sangsu Station. It focuses on yuzu shio ramen, served with thin noodles in a light broth with a subtle yuzu scent, and yuzu soy sauce on the side. Noodles and broth can be refilled without limit. Karaage can be ordered, and pa kimchi is served alongside.
