Hongdae Ssibuing is a tteokbokki restaurant in Hongdae that serves tteokbokki made to order with seafood. Its signature dish, Ssibok, is cooked with a whole octopus and seafood, giving the broth a strong seafood flavor. After the tteokbokki, diners finish the meal by frying kimchi fried rice or cheese fried rice in the remaining sauce. Fried crab sticks and fried dumplings are dipped in the tteokbokki broth.
