Haengjin

Haengjin is a meat grill near Hapjeong Station in Seoul that serves quick-frozen, thinly sliced frozen samgyeopsal and pork skin. Meat and kimchi are placed on a grill lined with foil, sprinkled with pepper, and cooked, and pa jeori and kongnamul-guk are served alongside. It opens at noon, and clothes and bags can be stored in lockers outside. In the evening there can be a wait of around 30 minutes, and the music is loud.
