Gyosu Gopchang

Gyosu Gopchang is a restaurant in Hongdae, Seoul, that serves gopchang and mixed grills. The cheese bulgopchang is seared over fire, and the remaining gopchang is chopped and fried into bokkeumbap. The bokkeumbap is made by chopping up the leftover gopchang and mixing it in. The portion is not large, and the gopchang flavor is ordinary.
