Gacheusi

Gatsushi is an old tonkatsu restaurant in Hongdae that serves tonkatsu and naengmyeon. The menu includes cheolpan tonkatsu, kimchi nabe, and soba jeongsik, and extra rice is free. At lunchtime the restaurant draws a crowd and a wait forms, and there are floor seats in the large interior. The naengmyeon has little broth, is salty, and is lukewarm.
