Eobu Blues Hapjeong is an aged hoe restaurant within a five-minute walk of Hapjeong Station in Seoul. The aged hoe is thick but tender and chewy, and the plates include tuna and Spanish mackerel alongside other raw fish. A salad with egg is served with house-made gat kimchi, braised radish, and pickled radish, and a slightly separated space sits to the right of the counter. The meal closes with a spicy Eobu ramyeon containing crab, bean sprouts, and clams.
