Edomae Tendong Hamada

Edomae Tendon Hamada is a tendon restaurant in Hongdae, Seoul, a five-minute walk from Hongik University Station Exit 9. The ebi tendon tops rice with a whole fried shrimp including the head, an onsen egg, gim, eggplant and enoki mushrooms. Diners move the fried items to a side plate and mix the rice with sauce, and udon and soba sets can also be ordered. The fried conger eel has a fishy taste.
