Dojeok Hapjeongjeom is a Korean barbecue restaurant near Hongdae and Hapjeong and Sangsu stations that grills samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork jowl. Its main dishes are kal samgyeopsal and gochujang samgyeopsal, served with ssam-mu, myeongi namul, and kimchi. An AI robot pre-cooks the meat, then staff grill it at the table and time it.
