Dangindong Guksu Factory

Dangindong Guksu Gongjang serves Pyongyang naengmyeon, buckwheat noodles, eobok jaengban, and mung bean pancakes, and sits near Sangsu Station, Hongdae, and Hapjeong. The perilla oil buckwheat noodles are mild and nutty, while the spicy buckwheat noodles are sweet and spicy. When the weather is good, tables are set outside, and the naengmyeon is seasoned at the table with vinegar and mustard. The Pyongyang naengmyeon has a mild flavor that divides diners.
