Damtaek

Damtaek is a Japanese ramen restaurant in Seoul, set somewhat away from Hongdae Station. It focuses on chicken-broth shio ramen, serving basic, yuzu, wasabi, and shrimp shio ramen along with neungi mushroom rice. Pepper and sansho are placed at each seat, and noodles can be refilled. Wait times tend to be long at lunch and dinner.
