Chikurin Seoul

Chikurin Seoul is a Japanese restaurant in Seogyo-dong, Hongdae, serving Japanese home-style dishes and a yakitori omakase. It reinterprets Fukuoka, Nagoya, and Hakata cooking methods and offers binchotan-grilled beef and chicken, rice cooked in a pot with fresh truffle and mushrooms, and pudding. The yakitori course consists of chicken skewers served with tare sauce, and there is also a 90-minute unlimited Suntory beer course. The samgyetang is characterized by a clean savory flavor and a large portion.
