1999 Codon Bleu is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul, in Mapo-gu on Wausan-ro 13-gil, near Sangsu Station. It serves codon bleu, cheese donkatsu, and tenderloin katsu, with meat and cheese wrapped in a red rice-based fry coating. A mixed set lets you try several kinds together, and the store's tablet PC shows how to eat donkatsu, with several sauces on the side. The fried shrimp are large and plump, and the soba and udon come with chewy noodles.
