Viennoiserie liée

Viennoiserie lie is a small bakery in the Hongdae and Yeonnam area of Seoul that sells pastries, sandwiches, and quiche. Early in the morning it puts out freshly baked croissants, pain au chocolat, and salmon quiche, along with coffee. The seating area is small, so customers take their orders to go, and the strawberry flan sometimes comes with a sample. The egg mayo sandwich frequently sells out.
