Snowy Forest Dessert Cafe Seollaeim is a dessert cafe between Hongdae and Sangsu that sells bingsu and drinks, and it is the main branch of a business with two other locations. It sells six kinds of bingsu in one-person and two-person portions, and the green tea bingsu contains green tea milk ice, red beans, rice cakes, and green tea, so one bingsu per person is possible. The strawberry bingsu has fresh strawberries packed down to the bottom and soft milk ice. In summer, seats are often unavailable, so you have to time your visit.
