Ottchil Gallery Cafe

OttchilGallery Cafe is a cafe near Exit 1 of Hongdae Station in Seoul that displays ottchil crafts and serves coffee and tea. Visitors drink coffee or tea while viewing lacquerware pieces. The interior walls and even the bathroom door are finished with ottchil, and the space is uncrowded enough for quiet conversation. A family of artisans runs the cafe, with a father and son both working as artists who continue the ottchil craft.
