Hit Coffee Roasters Seogyo is a cafe in Mapo-gu, Seoul, on Donggyo-ro, a 5 to 10 minute walk from Hongdae Station. It serves hand-drip and filter coffee, espresso drinks, pudding, and strawberry cake, including Colombia Geisha drip, coffee pudding, strawberry cake, and lattes. A barista explains the beans and brews each hand-drip one cup at a time, and the space is fairly large. Seats are close together and few in number, and the chairs are not comfortable, making it inconvenient for staying long.
