Gyosi Coffee

Gyosi Coffee is a neighborhood coffee shop near Hapjeong Station in Seoul that sells filter coffee and sandwiches. Its coffee blends Kenyan, Guatemalan, and Ethiopian Abaya Geisha beans with Maeil Milk, carrying fruit, floral, and milk chocolate notes. The shop holds four grinders, including a Slingshot, a Kony S, and an EK43, along with a three-group Linea Classic machine. The owner couple works as the baristas and serves customers themselves.
