Popo Bread is a bakery in Seoul that makes gluten-free and vegan bread. It bakes posik bread, mugwort rice ciabatta, rice salt bread, chestnut bread, and fig campagne without butter, milk, eggs, refined sugar, or GMO ingredients. The rice and brown glutinous rice ciabatta and bread are chewy and nutty the more you chew them. It is health bread, but it sits well in the stomach and there are vegan menu items.
