Yokosuka Tsunami Sangsu Branch

Yokosuka Tsunami Sangsu is an izakaya near Sangsu Station in Seoul that serves aged sashimi, charcoal-grilled skewers, and gyudon. The aged hoe comes in a set of several kinds, and the skewers are grilled over charcoal as soon as they are ordered. It opens at 5:30 p.m. and has almost no four-person seating. The space is small, so there is a long wait.
