Pyeongyang Suljip is a bar in Hongdae that uses a North Korean concept, serving beer and soju with only the labels changed. It sells anju including dubu kimchi, perilla leaf chicken stir-fry, and mala stir-fried udon, along with a few North Korean-style dishes. The menu is written in North Korean vocabulary, injo gogi comes out as a basic anju, and the kitchen is open. The food is closer to ordinary Korean fare than to Pyeongyang-style cooking.
