Ppaele

Bire is an izakaya near Hapjeong Station in Seoul that serves aged hoe and seafood dishes. The menu covers mideodeok hoe, sweet shrimp sashimi, and bajirak sulguk, along with skewer grills and minari shrimp jeon. There are also soup dishes made with bajirak, such as bajirak sulguk and bajirak sulbap, plus a skewer grill set. The squid (hanchi) hoe is chewy, and the mideodeok hoe has a sea aroma and a sweet taste.
