Heum Sikdang is a wine bar in Hongdae, Seoul. Its signature dinner tasting course centers on octopus with potato puree, and the wine list has more than 100 labels. The signature course requires a reservation in advance, and dishes are served in sequence to match the pace of the meal. Ordering wine or other drinks is required.
