Bar Passion's Dock

Bar Passion's Dock is a cocktail bar on the outskirts of Hongdae in Seoul that serves personal cocktails and whiskey. Guests fill out a questionnaire choosing alcohol strength, aroma, acidity, and preference, and a drink is made on the spot. Ordering a custom cocktail comes with a live drawing or art card matched to the drink, and tarot reading is also available. The quiet space is furnished with 18th- and 19th-century objects and vintage lighting, suiting solo drinking and conversation.
