Uogashi Nihonichi

Uogashi Nihonichi is a standing sushi shop on the first floor of Atre near the Electric Town exit of Akihabara Station in Tokyo. Order items such as minced tuna sushi and the staff shapes them in front of you. Hours are 10 AM to 10:30 PM, with the last order at 10:15 PM. The shop has few seats, so there can be a short wait at lunchtime.
